Introduction

this makes a good lunch this makes a good lunch
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Flat-out Multi-grain wrap
    1 cup of veggies of your choice (I used peppers, onions, zucchini, spinach)
    2 Tbsp black olives
    1/4 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese (or mozarella)


Directions

Cook flatout wrap for about 5 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Top with sauce, veggies and cheese.
Bake about 10 minutes more.
Cut into 4 slices and serve.

    Very Good
    GEE I thought that I invented this recipe! LOL!I used chopped broccoli, red,yellow, & orange peppers. I used a Whole Wheat FlatOut which is the light version with only 90 calories and it was delicious! I used spaghetti sauce (about 2 TBSP) and no olives. Pretty much evens out calorie and fat wise - 11/19/09

    I love it so easy, I used mushrooms spinach and onion, I had to use meat on my husband's but it still healthy and packed with fiber. - 9/11/09
