Ingredients

    16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    6 serving Egg-Land's Best Egg [1 egg; 50g] (by RABIDEN)
    3 serving Cinnamon, Ground cinnamon, spices, condiments, spice ~ Serving Size 1 tsp (2 g) (by BMAKEDA) or to taste
    2.25 oz Almond chopped (by NOOMEE2)
    4 tbsp MCT oil (by NICKI2)
    2 tsp Baking Powder (by MAAYOTTE)
    1 serving liquid stevia (5 drops) (by GOODHEALTH08) or
    Add 1/2 c Monk fruit sugar. To taste
    1/2c hot water

Directions

Mix eggs, then add other ingredients and mix well, then bake in muffin tins at 425 for 20 min , when toothpick comes out clean , they are done , let cool.
