    3 oz pork belly (roasted)
    3/4 cup baby spinach
    3/4 cup romaine
    1 oz cheddar cheese (or any cheese you would like, shredded)
    100 grams english cucumber


Roast your pork belly ahead of time. If you roast using any ingredients other than salt and pepper, make sure you add that to your macros. Toss ingredients together in a bowl.

Add dressing if you like, but make sure you account for the macros in your dressing. I prefer an oil and vinegar.
