    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL. SPRAY A MICROWAVE SAFE MUG OR DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY. POUR INGREDIENTS IN MUG OR DISH MICROWAVE 60 SECONDS.... CUT IN HALF CRISP UP BY FRYING IN A FRYING PAN WITH SPAY OR BUTTER... COOK A EGG A PIECE OF SAUSAGE AND ADD SOME CHEESE TO YOU GRIDDLE.
