Ingredients

    32 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    1587 gram Tomatoes - Crushed, Red Gold (1/4 cup)(28 oz. can) (by MADELINEIR)
    3 cup bean red kidney
    5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    3 strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    16 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

This recipe can be easily altered to add more beans, veggies, ground chicken instead of beef, etc.


Directions

Brown onion. Add beef and continue to brown. Drain fat. Add spices and mix. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours. I use one can dark and one can light kidney beans.
