Ingredients

    56 Grams Hollandaise Sauce Packet dry, McCormick
    .5 cup Butter, salted
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    238 gram Golden Grill Hashbrown Potatoes 119g, rehydrated, serving is one carton prepared with water only
    200 gram(s) PC Free From (hormones & antibiotics) Sliced Honey Ham (58 gram/3 slice serving)
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Milk, 3.25%
    4 serving Pam Spray (2 second spray)

Tips

These reheat really well, I take them for my breakfast at work.


Directions

Fry ham, set aside and dice. Meanwhile boil water and place boiling water in hashbrowns cartons to rehydrate. Melt 1/2c butter in a pot, mix in hollandaise powder and cook per packaged instructions.
Spray frying pan with Pam, add hydrated potatoes, salt, and diced ham and fry till desired level of doneness. Seperate into four portions. Spray frying pan with Pam. Add 4 scrambled eggs with milk, and cook. Divide into 4, and place on hashbrowns. Top with hollandaise sauce, and enjoy!
