3.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
3 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Safflower Oil, oleic
.66 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (by TEQUILAMY)
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
2 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Tips
This is fattening. Full of sugar. Delicious. Only make it at the holidays. You can get fat then and no one will judge you. Until January 1.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. sift dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well of the dry ingredients. Beat eggs with electric mixer. Add pumpkin, water and oil to eggs. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix. Pour batter equally into 4 greased loaf pans. bake for 55-60 min.
Serving Size: makes 4 not too big loaves. 6 generous slices per each.
