Ingredients

1 cup Chobani Greek Yogurt-Fat Free, Plain (by KKATHLEEND)
1 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS)
1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tsp Swerve All Natural Sweetener (by JANIS-IRENE)
1 cup Blueberries, fresh
.5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
**Preheat oven to 350'**
1. Mix yogurt and flour together to make a dough in a bowl.
2. Add in Vanilla, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Cinnamon. Knead well.
3. Incorporate blueberries.
4. Cut dough into 6 equal parts.
5. Spray a Wilton donut pan with non stick spray
6. "Snake" the dough for one section at a time (roll into a long thin log) and press into donut shape.
7. Repeat for all 6 bagels
8. Whisk 1 egg in separate bowl, and brush on top of bagels for a quick egg wash.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, then broil for the last 2 minutes. (OVENS WILL VARY, PLAY AROUND WITH TIMING IF YOU NEED TOO).
Super good with a side of fruit, no need for cream cheese :)
