Lamb Kabobs Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients

    3 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    8 serving Fresh Mint (herb) 2 tblsp chopped
    1.50 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt
    80 grams Cilantro, raw
    32 oz Lamb, Ground

Directions

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the turkey, olive oil, garlic, mint, cilantro, salt and spice mix in a bowl and mix with your hands
2. Using the bamboo skewers mold the meat around them so it looks like a sausage (see the photo) and put a cherry tomato on the end
3. Heat the BBQ or grill pan on high and when it reaches about 400 spray the pan and carefully put the kabobs on the grill.
4. Reduce the heat a bit med high BBQ (or grill pan) about 4 min on each side. The internal temperature of the meat should be at 165

I like to serve this with cauliflower hummus or cauliflower rice and lemon grilled veggies!
