Ingredients

24 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 clove Garlic
1.5 tsp Salt
.125 tsp Cloves, ground
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
.5 tsp Thyme, ground
.5 tsp Sage, ground
.5 tbsp Parsley, dried
.5 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT)
2 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
Tips
Serve with Roasted Veggies of any type
Directions
1) Skin and cut potato in chunks then boil, uncovered for 30 minutes. When done, remove from water and hand mash, save 1/2 cup of the water used to boil.
2) While Potato is boiling, mix all dry spices , minced onion, minced garlic and ground pork in sauce pan and combine/ cook until almost fully cooked.
3) When potato is done, add mashed potato and potato water to meat mixture and fully combine.
4) Add meat mixture to pie crust lined pie dish then cover with second pie crust and pinch crust together 360 degrees to close.
5) Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes
6) Serve
