Introduction
These are delicious and fairly nutritious, also great with nuts added. Good for a snack, dessert, or breakfast. This is not an original recipe, but it's so wonderful I wanted to share it. So thanks to the "Food For Fifty" recipe book for this one.You might want to scale this one down, these are the measurements for 120 muffins to be fed to a large group. So unless you have a serious crowd, I'd take it down quite a bit! These are delicious and fairly nutritious, also great with nuts added. Good for a snack, dessert, or breakfast.
