Ingredients

    7 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast (by PNTBTRNFLUFF)
    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Salt

Directions

proof yeast
melt butter in warm milk
add eggs and wet ingredients to bowl.
mix
add sugar, salt
add flour until can't stir.
turn out onto floured surface. add rest of flour as needed and knead for 8 minutes.
let rise till doubled
break into 2 loaves. let rise till doubled.
bale at 350 for 40 minutes until browned

Serving Size: 16 1/4 inch slices
