A low sugar high protein twist on Willie's crisp! A low sugar high protein twist on Willie's crisp!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.0 cup Kadiak Power Cake
    1.5 cup Black Berries raw
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.5 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter
    15.0 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Butter 8in baking dish.
    Rinse black berries and them to a bowl with blueberries.
    Mix Kodiak flour with sugar.
    Coat berries with 2 Tbs of flour sugar mixture and pour into baking dish.
    Add cinnamon, vanilla and egg to remaining flour mixture.
    Mix with a fork until crumbly.
    Sprinkle crumble on top of berries in the pan. Melt butter and pour ontop.

Directions

Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings in a small 8 inch casserole.
