Ingredients

    0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1.5 cup Fairlife whole milk
    3.0 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
    2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions

Stir dry ingredents to combine evenly. Place over medium heat and whisk in the milk and cream. Stir frequently until thick and starts to boil. Whisk for 1 minute after start of boil. Remove from heat and will in vanilla and butter. Refrigerate for 1.5 hours and serve chilled. Makes 4 servings. Serving Size: .75 cup
