Ingredients

    2 cups old-fashioned oats
    1/2 cup Sunflower seed
    2 Tbs. dark brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. flax seed, (ground, or crushed)
    1/4 cup honey and molasses
    3 Tbs. flavorless oil, such as vegetable or canola
    1 Tb. water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients (including sugar) in a bowl. Warm up honey and molasses, add oil and a tbls of water. Mix together, then place on a cookie sheet sprayed with no-stick non-fat spray. Bake at 275 for 40-60 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to evenly crisp and brown the granola. Add dried fruit after granola has cooled.
