    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh
    1.0 cup Soy Milk
    0.25 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    6.0 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    1.0 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed

Directions

Cook quinoa first. Add yogurt and seasonings on medium heat. Add vegetables. Add soy milk and let heat until hot (7 minutes). Serving Size: 1 cup
