    2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
    2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 cup Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancakes
    2 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)

Directions

Reduce oats to flour
Blend cottage cheese (yogurt optional) , eggs and bananas
mised all together and make your pancakes
