    1.75 serving Bush''s Reduced Sodium Black Beans - 15 oz
    0.5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    0.5 serving Orange Bell Pepper - 1 medium
    1.0 small Yambean (jicama)
    3.0 large Hard Boiled Egg
    1.0 serving bacon,Oscar Meyer precooked 1 serv=4pcs

Directions

Drain corn. Toast corn in oil, add spices. Set aside until cool. Drain beans. Dice all vegetables, egg, & bacon. Serve.
