    2 tbsp Jiff Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    2 tbsp Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter)
    24 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY)
    1 serving Egg- Eggland's Best Extra Large
    1 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
    0.50 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (by LUCKLYS)
    1 serving Cocao Nibs, 1/4 cup (by ZSAZSA4EVER)

Tips

Pretty good as a lower carb sugar free cookie.


Directions

mix butter, peanut butter, swerve, and egg until smooth. In a separate bowl mix almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add both mixtures together and cocao nibs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and dig in.
