Ingredients

    1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g)
0.5 cup Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)
    2 tablespoon Garlic powder

Tips

Try not to overwork the meat - overworked ground meats can get tough, and because this is so lean it can get even tougher faster

Directions

Preheat over to 350*
Line baking sheet with foil and place rack on top to elevate burgers out of drippings
Allow meat to warm up a bit
Gently fold Worcestershire sauce, Black pepper, and Garlic powder into meat
Separate into 4 equal portions and form patties. The thicker the patty, the longer it will need to cook.
1 inch thick patties will cook through in approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
