    1/6 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2 tsp Canola Oil
    1/2 fl oz Lemon Juice
    3/4 clove Garlic
    1/4 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1/2 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp)
    3 sprigs Cilantro, raw
    7. ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1/2 tsp Adobo Powder

Tips

Make sure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 but do not overcook.
