Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    2 tsp Garlic
    1 15oz Hunts Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic
    1 15oz Black Beans Reduced Sodium (drain & rinsed)
    1 15 oz Pinto Beans( drain & rinsed)
    1 can Fire roasted diced tomatoes with green chillies
    1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 pk spicy taco seasoning
    1 pk reg taco seasoning
    1 medium onion (diced)
    1 small can Tomato Sauce
    1 cup water
    1/4 pk of ranch seasoning

Tips

Last time I had some left over brown rice( about 1/2 cup) I threw in it.


Directions

Cook ground turkey and garlic. no need to drain)
Throw everything into crockpot and mix well
Cook on high 3 hours

You can garnish with ( not included in calories)
Sour cream
Cheese
Cilantro
