Ingredients

    12.0 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles
16.0 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
32.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
3.0 cup Pasta Sauce (Hunt's Thick & Rich Roasted Garlic & Herb Tomato Sauce)
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    454.0 Grams Pepperoni

Directions

First preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then using a large mixing bowl thoroughly mix the ricotta and egg. Next using a 9 in x 13 in baking pan start assembling the lasagna. First start off with a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan. Then begin lay down the pasta noodles lengthwise within the pan next to each other if any space is remaining lay additional noodle at a 90 degree angle to the others, breaking pasta if necessary. Next spread some of the ricotta mixture on top of the pasta and layer on top of the ricotta the pepperoni. Then sprinkle with a even coating of mozzarella. Next pour some sauce on top and spread it evenly. Repeat this process until all of the pasta is gone. Once you've finished the last layer cover the entire top layer with the remainder of mozzarella. Then cover with aluminum foil, place on middle rack and bake for 1 hour. Once done let settle with foil still on for at least 20 minutes before serving.
