Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Mushrooms, cooked
    0.25 cup Bean sprouts
    2.0 tbsp Carrots, cooked
    1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    0.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh
    2.0 oz Chow Mein Noodles
    2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.0 tsp Ginger Root
    0.1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions

Stir fry vegetables in canola oil, with a few drops of sesame oil. Meanwhile, boil and cook noodles to just done. When noodles are done, drain and put in with vegetables. Mix soy sauce with ginger and a few drops of sesame oil, then pour over noodles and veggies and stir over medium heat until heated thru.
