Ingredients

    5 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 oz Barilla Mostaccioli (by THEHUROS)
    .75 cup Fat free half and half
    .33 cup Butter, salted
    3 clove Garlic
    1 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)
    .33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 dash Salt

Directions

In medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp or in microwave. Reserve Tbs of bacon fat. Add mushrooms to fat and cook until golden. Set aside.
Prepare pasta per package directions; drain. In same saucepan, combine half n half, butter, parsley,salt, garlic and hot sauce. Heat just until butter melts, stirring frequently. Combine bacon, mushrooms, past and cream mixture with parmesan; toss to coat. Plate and garnish with green onion.
