Ingredients

    2.0 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
    3.0 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, large curd
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    16.0 oz Cheddar Cheese
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Thaw and drain spinach. Shred cheese. Mix all together. Bake in rectangular pan at 400 degrees for 60 minutes. Cut into 15 squares.
