Ingredients

3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1.0 tsp Onion powder
1.0 tsp ground cumin
1.0 tsp Garlic powder
100.0 grams Cilantro, raw
1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
0.5 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
14.5 fl oz Chicken Broth
1.5 cup Great Value Black Beans
4.0 oz Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast
Directions
1. Combine black beans, chicken broth, diced tomatoes with green chillies, corn, cilantro, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Season chicken breast with salt and lay on top of the mixture.
2. Cook in low for 9.5 hours
3. Remove chicken from slow cooker to a cutting board, shred into strands, return to slow cooker, and stir into mixture.
4. Continue cooking on low for 30 minutes.
