    12.80 oz Ground beef, lean
    0.35 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    1 tsp Black Pepper, ground
    0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt
    3 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
    8 grams Tomato Paste
    3 tsp Best Yet Worchestershire Sauce (by ERICREDUS)


use with tomato or roasted red pepper sauce


mix all ingredients together, form into 9 meatballs, bake in oven 20 minutes or until cooked through
