Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups brown rice
    1 onion chopped
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 can of pink salmon
    1 can low sodium chicken broth
    2 cups water
    1 Tblsp. Tumeric

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in sprayed pan (large enough to accomodate all the ingredients when done)on med. heat. When onions are translucent add the two cups of rice and let saute for two minutes, stirring. Add tumeric, chicken broth and water and cover and cook for 30 mins. on low heat. 15 mins before serving add the canned salmon. Serve with a salad.

Just as tasty when leftovers are microwaved the next day.
