Ingredients

    1.0 fl oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    205.0 Grams Roasting Chicken, light meat
    4.0 large Mushrooms, fresh
    0.5 cup Peas, frozen
    4.0 serving China Lily Soya Sauce (1 Tbsp)
    3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    200.0 gram(s) Gia Basmati Rice (serving 100g dry)
    1.0 serving BBQ Grilled Mixed Vegetables
    2.0 tbsp Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Oil
    4.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce

Directions

Heat 1tbsp oil and fry onions and mushrooms. Remove from pan. Add in scrambled egg and milk, fry, adding frozen peas. Cook and remove from heat. Heat pan and add remaining toasted sesame oil. Dump in cold rice and fry. Return all ingredients to pan, add cubed chicken and top with soya sauce. Stir until incorporated, serve immediatly. Serving Size: 2
