My grandma made this after we would have a roast every Sunday with the leftover roast she made from Sunday supper. Great way to use of a roast. This is very tasty and delicious. Ingredients

    1 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    9 tbsp Helman's Light Mayo (by SRINALDI13209)
    2 tbsp Great Value Sweet Pickle relish
    1 serving Eggs - hard boiled (2)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Grind cooked roast, add all ingredients to ground meat and store in refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 12 sandwiches
