Ingredients

THE BASE
115 grams Butter (preferably unsalted)
1 cup Almond Meal
1 cup SWERVE Confectioner's Sugar
1 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style
THE TOPPING
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
3/4 cup ESSENTIALS Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Butter and line 20cm square dish or pan with baking paper.
Place the Base ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Press into the prepared pan.
Melt the Topping ingredients (I do it in the microwave in 2 x 30 second bursts). Pour and spread over the Base - smooth the top or do swirls.
Refrigerate until set - about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from fridge, allow to come to room temp slightly (so top cuts neatly). Cut into 20 small squares (or whatever shape you want!).
(I keep mine in the fridge)
Serving Size: Makes 20 smallish pieces (quite rich)
