Ingredients

    7 serving S&W organic black beans
    0.75 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tsp Garlic
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    2 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g

Directions

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Mash black beans. Mince veggies and stir into beans. In small bowl, combine eggs, spices, and sauce. Stir mixture into beans. Mix in bread crumbs. Divide into 8 patties. Bake about 10 minutes each side.

Serving Size: Makes 8 4-inch patties
