Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Parsley, dried
    1 dash Salt
    1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Chicken Breast, skinless, boneless

Tips

You can do this with a frozen chicken breast, just increase the time to about 40-50 minutes. If you use frozen, you don't need to let the rub sit for 20 minutes- just put it straight in the oven.

Directions

In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and olive oil to create a smooth paste. Brush each chicken breast with an even layer of the paprika paste. Let stand for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavor to infuse the meat.

Preheat oven to 375.
Place chicken on parchment lined baking sheet. Roast 15-20 min, until cooked through (the temperature should register 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.)

Once cooked, let the breasts rest for a minute or two before serving to allow the juices to evenly distribute through the meat.
