Ingredients

    1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.66 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Salt
    0.75 cup Orange Juice
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 serving Fisher - Chopped Walnuts - 1/4 cup
    2.0 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
    1.0 cup, chopped Cranberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, add in cranberries, & coconut mix again then stir in walnuts. Pour in muffin pan & bake at 400 for 17-20 mins & enjoy?
