Introduction

2 burritos with egg, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cheese. 2 burritos with egg, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cheese.

Ingredients

    2 large Scrambled Eggs
    0.5 cup, chopped Tomatoes
    0.15 cup, chopped Onions
    0.5 pepper Jalapeno Pepper
    1tsp Olive Oil
    2 Flour Tortillas
    1.5 slices of yellow american cheese

    Salt and pepper for seasoning

Directions

In a bowl, wisk 2 large eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped veggies. In a heated pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil. Add egg mixture and cook until egg is done. Don't over cook, as you want the vegetables to still be crunchy. Turn heat off and add cheese. Heat up tortillas and add egg scramble. Roll up into burrito or fold like a taco. Enjoy :) Enjoy :)
