Ingredients

    0.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.5 serving Peanut Butter, Santa Cruz Organic Dark Roasted Creamy (2 Tbsp) (by TRDANKO)
    0.25 oz (20 halves) Pecans

Tips

Blend banana and milk directly in your pan with an immersion blender to reduce clean-up.


Directions

Cut banana in half. Using a blender or immersion blender, puree banana with almond milk. Boil milk mixture and add oats. Reduce heat and cook until oatmeal is done (about 5 minutes).

Stir peanut butter into oatmeal. Top with chopped banana pieces and pecans.
