Ingredients

    32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck [2lbs ground chuck]
    1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
    453.5 grams Tomato Sauce [16 oz. can, divided]
    4 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) [1 cup breadcrumbs]
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    spices to taste: oregano, parsley, garlic, etc.

Directions

Combine ground chuck, 1 envelope of onion soup mix, 1/2 can of tomato sauce, 1 egg, and enough breadcrumbs so that the meat isn't too moist. [Add your other spices to the mix here if you wish.] Form meat into a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Take out and drain excess fat from pan. Spread remaining tomato sauce on top, add parsley. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let sit about 5 minutes before serving.
