    5 large Eggs
    120 mls Milk (full fat)
    1 diced spring onion
    2 large Mushrooms, fresh
    2 pieces Bacon
    120 grams Colby Cheese, grated
    Tomato slices
    1/2 tbsp chopped Chives
    1/2 tbsp Parsley
    1 dash Pepper, black


Can be kept in air-tight container in fridge. Can be frozen also.


Preheat oven to 180C.

Whisk eggs and milk, as well as herbs. Add in other ingredients and cheese. Keep some for topping.
Pour mixture into lined or greased 20 inch baking/quiche dish. Sprinkle with leftover cheese.
Add on tomato slices.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.

Serving Size: Makes 6 good sized slices
