Ingredients

    4 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
    10 oz Albacore Tuna Fish in Water
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    3 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Chop all vegetables and stir fry using 1 tb of oil until veggies are tender, then add 1 cup water, allow to come to boil, then add corn start (make sure you mix corn starch with 1/4 cup water before pouring into mixture as it thickens add 2 cans of tuna fish. Serve plan or over rice.

Serving Size: makes 3 to 4 servings, if served over rice can be 5 to 6
