Ingredients

    250 grams Cheddar Cheese
    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1.5 cup Milk, 1%
    .5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

If you use papers in your muffin tin, spritz them with pam or something. The protein and cheese gets very sticky.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs thoroughly. Chop spinach and ham. Make a well in the flour and pour all ingredients in. Mix until combined. Grease muffin tin. Spoon mixture evenly into the 12 cups. Bake for 25 minute or until golden brown.
