Ingredients

    4 serving Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
    4 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    3 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs
    3 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    60 mL White Wine
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon

Tips

Can use white vinegar instead of wine


Directions

Sauté onions and celery in oil. Slice Aidells or other sausage of choice (8-12 oz total) and brown in pan after onions and celery starting to soften.
Stir in 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 2 cans of cannellini beans, , sugar, wine, chicken broth and add salt, pepper and Oregon to taste. Bring to simmer and let cook for 10 or more minutes.

Serving Size: Approx 1-1.25 cup / serving
