Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix (and ingredients listed for baking)
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
1 box Jell-O fat free or reduced fat vanilla pudding (and ingredients listed to prepare)
1 tub fat free coolwhip
shredded coconut
Directions
Bake the cake and let cool. Poke holes in top with tooth pick or fork. Prepare vanilla instant pudding. Heat crushed pineapple (lightly drained) and sugar over low heat in sauce pan. Let cool. Poor and spread pineapple mixture over yellow cake. Spread pudding over pineapple layer. Spread coolwhip to make last layer and finish by sprinkling shredded coconut over the top. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
