Ingredients

    1 box (340 gram(s) Mueller's Oven Ready Lasagna
    1 1/2 lbs (24 oz) Lean Ground 93% lean/7% fat
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup (8 oz) Publix Brand Six Cheese Italian Fancy Shredded Cheese
    1 tub (24 oz) (680 gram(s) fat free cottage cheese
    1 Jar (24 oz) (680 gram(s) Bertolli Italian Sausage, Garlic, Romano

Directions

Preheat Oven 375. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook ground beef until brown; drain. Return meat to pan, add pasta sauce and heat until simmering; remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs and 1 cup shredded cheese. Stir until well blended.
Cover bottom of prepared baking dish with a scant amount of meat sauce mixture. Place 3 pieces side by side and 1/2 piece to fit end so entire pan is covered . Spread 1/2 cheese mixture over the lasagna. Repeat pasta layer, then spread 1/2 meat sauce mixture. Repeat pasta layer, then spread remaining cheese mixture. Repeat pasta layer, then spread remaining meat sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with nonstick spray. With spray side down cover baking dish and bake for 50 minutes; remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
