    .3 serving Provolone cheese, sliced, Great Value Brand
    1 serving Aunt Millie 100% Whole Wheat English Muffin (1 Muffin)
    .5 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon

Directions

Toast english muffin, heat egg in microwave 45 seconds, stir & heat additional 20 seconds, heat bacon 10 seconds. Place all ingrediants on english muffin. Enjoy!
