Introduction
Trying out a new Meatloaf recipe. It is being created based on necessity. No bread crumbs in the house, but I do have stove top stuffing. I found a recipe on here using stove top stuffing, but without the ketchup, mustard, etc. We'll see how it goes. Trying out a new Meatloaf recipe. It is being created based on necessity. Ingredients

425 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts
2 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener Brown Sugar Blend (by SHEEATS-SHESHRI)
8 serving Stove Top Stuffing - as pkg’d - 1/12 box (28 grams)
6 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw

Directions
Preheat Oven to 350.
Top Sauce:
Mix 1/2 cup(4 TBLS) ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, dash of worcestershire sauce, 2 tsps of Truvia brown sugar blend.
Set aside
Meatloaf:
Chop onions and celery very small
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Place meatloaf in pan.
Cover with Top Sauce
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serving Size:
Meatloaf recipe is divided into 8 servings. Make adjustments if you slice it differently.
