Ingredients

    1 block Tofu, firm
    2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tsp Ginger Root
    3 tbsp Sesame Oil
    2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 clove Garlic
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    2 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    0.5 cup Maple Syrup

Directions

Smoosh up tofu Mix in soy, maple syrup, garlic, oil (save just a little for cooking with) and ginger Dice onion and pepper into small pieces Begin my browning onion 1-2 minutes: Add tofu mix Add peppers Add cooked rice Move items to side and scramble eggs then mix in with the rest
