Introduction

It may look like alot of calories but you dont eat it all at once. :^) It makes about 9 squares so divivid everthing and it is not alot of calories. You can even make a healthier version w/ fat free peanutbutter, low fat milk and honey
(in place of syrup).

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons of peanut butter
    1 tablespoon of real maple syrup
    1 tablespoon of milk
    2 teaspoons of splenda
    2 teaspoons of brown sugar
    1.5 cups of cheerios

Directions

Mix all ingredients but cheerios in a microwaveable safe bowl. stir and place in microwave for about 1.5 minutes or intill everything is blended and creamy. stir again and mix in cheerios. mix well. place in pan and let harden ( i place them in fridge or freezer to hurry the process). and once harden enjoy.
makes about 9, 1 inch squares

    O.K.
    I liked the flavor, but the bars don't stick together. I did make a couple changes: (Honey Nut Cheerios instead of regular, sugar instead of Splenda, honey instead of syrup). I suppose that could have made the difference. - 4/14/10
