    1 serving Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein - Unflavored (1scoop = 1 serving) (by REFERENCE)
    13 gram trader Joe's pea protein
    1 serving liquid stevia (5 drops) (by GOODHEALTH08)
    .24 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 serving MCT Oil Powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in a shaker. Add 12 ounces of water and some ice. Shake hard until completely mixed. Drink!
