    750 gram Homebrand Diced Tomatoes in tomato juice 400g tin (by OHHEYBONNIEK)
    1 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked
    1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes
    1000 grams beef minced (by LINDACHRISTIE)

Tips

I add whatever veggies there are in the fridge. the men folk take left overs for lunch


Directions

I put everything into my slow cooker in the morning before work then I go to work come home and dinner is cooked great for those busy busy days
